One way to wear the bright neon trend is to invest in a pop hued clutch.  The Foldover Clutch by Clare Vivier in Royal Pebble Blue would add a nice touch to a neutral day-to-evening look.  I could also imagine wearing this with other bright colors, to take on the ever-popular colorblocking trend.
