I've mentioned this before, but I have problematic, aging hair. Baby fine and fragile and though it's quite oily at the scalp, it's incredibly dry at the ends. Therefore, I'm always looking for ways to style it without using heat. I've tried rollers (both velcro and soft ones), but it's time consuming and the results are a bit extreme.
I found this video on curling your hair without heat (and while it's dry) with a plain old headband while browsing around YouTube, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Results?
Soft, healthy, natural looking curls! Hopefully they last through the day. Either way, it took me less time to do this than brushing my teeth before bed last night and I didn't have to deal with sleeping on lumpy curlers.
