We met Julia from Lemons and Loafers at the IFB Conference when she was one of the brand ambassadors for Buyosphere.  If you haven't checked out her blog- you must!  It's a nice blend of healthy recipes, preppy fashion and lifestyle.  When she is not blogging, Julia works as a health coach.  Here is a short Q&A for those of you who are curious to learn more about Lemons and Loafers…

Tell us about Lemons and Loafers- how it came to be, your mission, your readership, future plans for your blog.

For my entire life, people have always complimented my style but I was never immersed in the world of fashion. About a year and a half ago, I thought it would be fun to start a blog about the clothes I wear and the food I cook. I thought that I would share it with my friends and family only, but it has grown every month since! The mission of Lemons & Loafers, is to teach my readers how to pair clothes in a fun, colorful, preppy way and how to cook simple and healthy meals. I want to simplify their lives through how they dress, how they eat, and how they live. I have some exciting plans for the future and will be sharing them with my readers soon!

Buyosphere is all about people helping people shop. If you were a personal shopper, who would be your ideal client?

I see clients as a personal shopper about once/month. The ideal clients are always the ones that are open to a change. They put their trust in me to pick out items that work with their style but that also might be a risk for them. Plus, I'd love to work with someone with an unlimited budget, of course!

What are some 3-5 of your favorite stores/brands?

J.Crew is my number one. There isn't a day that goes by when I'm not wearing at least one J.Crew piece of clothing. I love Zara for items that are trendier that I don't want to spend too much money on. I'm also a big J.Brand fan. Their new line looks fabulous!

What are you shopping for today?

Right now I'm looking for the perfect pleated black leather skirt. Can you help?
